Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Klyxx at klyxx.io, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What Klyxx Does

Klyxx is an AI-powered UX/UI audit tool. You upload screenshots of your interfaces and Klyxx generates structured audit reports with findings, scores, and AI-ready fix prompts.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Klyxx uses Google OAuth and magic link authentication via Supabase. You must provide accurate information when signing up.

4. Credits and Payments

Klyxx operates on a credit system. Credits are consumed when you run audits. Subscription credits reset on the 1st of each month. Try It First credits do not expire. Payments are processed by Stripe. All sales are final — we do not offer refunds except where required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload screenshots containing illegal content
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Klyxx API
  • Resell or redistribute Klyxx audit reports without permission
  • Use Klyxx to audit interfaces you do not have permission to audit

6. Uploaded Content

You retain ownership of any screenshots you upload. By uploading content, you grant Klyxx a limited license to process and store it for the purpose of generating your audit. We do not use your uploads to train AI models.

7. AI-Generated Content

Klyxx’s audit reports are generated by AI and are provided for informational purposes. They are not a substitute for professional UX review. Klyxx makes no guarantees about the accuracy or completeness of audit findings.

8. Service Availability

Klyxx is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Klyxx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by emailing hello@klyxx.io.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Klyxx after changes constitutes acceptance.
